KITA = Kick In the Ass

This is the most basic form of motivation. In fact, is isn't really motivation at all. Individuals motivated using this method will do just enough to avoid the "kick," and will only do so until they can find a different job. Alternately, they might select one of the following courses of action:

- sprawl to the floor in a useless heap and be less committed and productive than they were before
- return the manager's KITA with a PITG (see below)
- say nothing, go home and begin preparations to STEFABOD (see below)

PITG = Punch In The Gob
STEFABOD = Sue The Employer For A Barnful Of Damages
