Student Grants and Free Scholarships
Athivia College is committed to helping students study for free - paying for your education when student grants may exist just doesn't make sense.
We actively encourage students to pursue every available channel to find student grants, scholarships and other bursary options to pursue studies wherever they may be. Options include:
- free student grants
- student sponsorships and employee reimbursement
- free colleges
- scholarships and bursaries
When assessing student grant options, it is helpful to keep in mind the WIIFM (What's in it for me) of the grant sponsors. Generally, these fall into 3 broad categories:
- Student granting interest groups - these are groups, government agences and other NPO or charity organizations who, as part of their mandate, support general education initiatives and student successes.
- Student grants & funding sources that have a stake in the recipient's future - An employer or community group that stands to benefit from the education of its memebers, for example.
- Special agenda groups - these are groups that have an agenda or special interest that they want to promote (such as research into a given field). If your studies are in line with that agenda, there may be money available for you.
