Based on Athivia College's acceptance of only international students and exemptions from the scope of the Act 2(2) and 3(a) of the Manitoba Regulation 237/02 with respect to Athivia College program lengths and cost (under $400), Athivia College has been exempted from registration by the Registrar of PVI.
